Question: - What method of payment does HD&J transport accept?
Answers: - HD&J transport accepts, credit cards, money orders, cash, and cashier's checks for delivery.

Question: - How do I get a quote?
Answers: - The best ways to pick up the phone and call us at (888) 435-8726 or use our request form.

Question: - It is my vehicle insurered?
Answers: - Yes, HD&J transport maintains liability and cargo insurance. Each car carrier in our network also maintains the legal limits for both liability and cargo insurance. There is no deductible to the customer.

Question: - What is door to door service?
Answers: - Door to door means the car transport driver will get as close to your door as they legally can and as safe as possible. Many cities have restrictions on large trucks that prohibits us from going into residential areas. Most of our transporters are huge and need a large area to turn around, so if access to your home is restricted by a narrow street, wall hangings trees, electrical lines, ect., then the driver may ask you to meet the trucks in a nearby parking lot where it is safe to load or unload.

Question: - Can I put items in my vehicle?
Answers: - If you can, put such items such as bedding, clothing, ect. Not only are items not insurered during transports, DOT regulates what can be transported. Auto transport companies are not permitted to transport household goods. No firearms, hazardous material, or a illegal contraband allowed at any time.

Question: - Do I have to be present for pickup or delivery?
Answers: - Yes, you are someone you designate needs to be presents to review the inspection with the driver. Do not sign the inspection upon delivery or until you're satisfied with the condition and it's the same on the receiving end. Once the receiving document is signed, it finalizes the delivery.

Question: - When will you pick up my vehicle?
Answers: - We are an ASAP company. It is normally within a couple of days but can take up to 10 days for pickup during peak times. It all depends on trucks availability and where the vehicle is being picked up from or being delivered to. Some areas such as Florida and California have season peak times. During those peak times, the trucks may be scheduled out as far as 30 days. This means you have to wait for a cancellation or expedite a truck for pickup. There is an additional fee for expedited picks ups, but if you have a time restrictions, we will do everything possible to make it happen.
